•   A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is not refundable.
• If you use an illegally obtained gift voucher at a Monginis Exclusive Cake Shop, Monginis may cancel the voucher and require an alternative payment method.

User Warranty & Representation:

Delivery Guidelines:
At the time of shipment, you will become the owner of all products you have ordered, including the risk of loss. After then, Monginis will not be liable for any product damage or loss.

Conditions of Product Delivery:

The recipient receives the product in a damaged condition. The recipient receives an incorrect item. The delivery service loses the product in transit and cannot track it. The sender provides an incorrect message for the recipient

We will attempt to deliver your order only once. For perishable goods, we may reschedule delivery attempts at our discretion, and you may have to pay additional delivery charges. If we cannot complete the delivery during the attempted delivery, we will still charge you for the order, and we will not offer redelivery.

We will review the delivery process in the following situations:

Policy for Cancellations:
For any cancellations, please review the points listed below.Please be aware that the policies’ points relate to the cancellation period on the monginisfranchises.co.in website that the user chooses during the checkout procedure. When a consumer cancels a product order, they must do so within fifteen (15) minutes of the payment, checkout, or confirmation of the order placement.

100% of the order value will be subtracted as cancellation fees if Monginis receives the cancellation request more than fifteen minutes after the purchase was placed. There will be a 0% return to the Monginis wallet or bank account.
